Information we collect

  • Contact and shipping information: name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
  • Order information: products purchased, order amounts, returns, and the messages you send us.
  • Payment information: processed directly by our payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Device and browsing information: IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, referring website, and information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically when you use our store, and from our service providers (for example, our payment processor and shipping carriers). We need the information required to complete your purchase in order to process your order.

How we use your information

  • To process and ship your order, handle returns and refunds, and provide customer support.
  • To communicate with you about your order and, if you choose, send you marketing emails or text messages.
  • To prevent fraud, keep our store secure, and enforce our terms.
  • To understand how our store is used and improve it.
  • To show you relevant ads on other websites and apps (see “Cookies and advertising” below).
  • To comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed to run our store:

  • Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which processes data on our behalf and, for some of its own purposes, under its own privacy policy (shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers).
  • Payment processors and banks, to process your payment.
  • Our product supplier and shipping carriers, which receive your name, shipping address, and phone number to prepare and deliver your order. Some of these partners are located outside the United States, including in Asia.
  • Email, SMS, analytics, and advertising partners (such as Meta, Google, and TikTok).
  • Professional advisors and authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.
  • A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or transferred.

Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the store to work (such as keeping items in your cart), as well as analytics and advertising cookies and pixels from partners such as Meta, Google, and TikTok. These partners may collect information about your activity on our store to show you personalized ads elsewhere. Under some state privacy laws, this may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising.

You can opt out of this at any time by using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our store footer or by emailing us with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser as an opt-out request. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings.

Marketing emails and text messages
We will only send you marketing emails or text messages if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each email. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your privacy rights
Depending on the state where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others), you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we have about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising.

To exercise these rights, email us at eduardosanchez.eeos@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity before responding and will reply within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and you may contact your state Attorney General if you are not satisfied with the outcome. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

California residents
In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, phone number, address, and IP address); commercial information (such as purchase history); internet or other electronic network activity (such as browsing information); and geolocation data derived from your IP address. We collect this information for the business purposes described in “How we use your information” and disclose it to the categories of recipients listed in “How we share your information.” Identifiers and internet activity may be shared with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which you can opt out of as described above. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

How long we keep your information
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order and provide support, and afterward for as long as required by tax and accounting laws (generally up to seven years). We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe, and cookie data for the periods set by each cookie.

Children’s privacy
Our store is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers
We operate from the Dominican Republic, and our service providers may process your information in the United States, Asia, and other countries. By using our store, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your state.

Security
Our store uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), payments are processed by PCI DSS–compliant providers, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Third-party links
Our store may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date above.
