These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Homely Handy online store at https://8xtnmu-yt.myshopify.com/ (the “Store”) and any purchases you make through it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Each order is governed by the version of these Terms in effect when you place it.

Our Store is hosted on Shopify, but your purchase contract is with us. Shopify is not a party to it.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from our Store. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure if you create one. Our products are sold for personal use only, not for resale.

3. Products and pricing
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, but colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, shipping costs, and any other charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we’ll let you know and you can either continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Promotional and launch prices are valid only for the period stated.

4. Orders
To place an order, add items to your cart, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your purchase. You can review and correct your information before paying. We’ll send you an order confirmation by email, which serves as your receipt. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it ships, for example if an item becomes unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we’ll refund the full amount you paid.

5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment method is charged when you place your order and is processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping times and details are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided. If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, and issues with damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled as described in our Refund & Return Policy. Products may be shipped directly from our suppliers, but we remain your seller and your point of contact for any problem with your order.

8. Product warranty
Except as expressly stated in our Refund & Return Policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our products are provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Please use products according to their instructions. For food storage, vacuum sealing does not replace refrigeration or safe food handling.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Store, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Homely Handy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Shopify’s trademarks belong to Shopify.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Store for any illegal or fraudulent purpose, upload viruses or malicious code, scrape or collect data in bulk, or access the Store with bots or automated tools that do not identify themselves. Reviews and other content you submit must be truthful and respectful; we may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or offensive. We may suspend or block access for anyone who violates these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homely Handy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs holds), or for the content of third-party websites linked from our Store. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted on this page.

14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you live. If you have a problem, please email us first at eduardosanchez.eeos@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly. You may also contact your state Attorney General’s consumer protection office.
